Dismantling Wall-Mounted Ads

Dismantling Wall-Mounted Ads

The regulations for wall-mounted signs are relatively

less restrictive compared to protruding signs,

primarily concerning area requirements and height limitations.

Here are the regulations:

1. The sign must be fixed to the exterior wall of the building.

2. The sign should not extend more than 600mm from the wall.

3. If the sign extends above a pedestrian walkway,

there should be a minimum clearance of 2.5 meters below each part of the sign.

4. The display area should range from 10 square meters to 40 square meters

(excluding LED display systems or LED curtain walls).

Any installation or addition to the building's exterior wall,

such as screws or fasteners, is considered an addition to the structure

and requires approval from the Buildings Department.

Greenbase AD is a registered Grade I construction contractor
