When you receive a demolition order from

the Buildings Department (BD), you should take the following steps.

Contact a qualified registered engineering contractor promptly.

Find a qualified registered engineering contractor,

who can handle the demolition, reinstallation (if you intend to reinstall),

and signboard production.

You need to provide the size of the signboard

and its engineering category (categorized as Class I, II, or III).

Include a report, drawings, photos, or any other documentation

that describes the current condition of the signboard.

If you intend to reinstall an extended signboard,

you must adhere to the requirements set by the Building Department.
