02How many working days does a custom lightbox or LED letter sign normally require?

The lead time depends on the selected material, size, and fabrication process. White-ink layering, laser cutting, and metal bending, for example, involve different production stages. A typical project takes approximately 7 to 14 working days. If night work, a truck-mounted lifting platform, or scaffolding is required, our account manager will inspect the site and provide a more accurate programme based on the actual conditions.

03What are the main material differences between outdoor and indoor signboards?

Outdoor signage prioritises weathering, corrosion resistance, and electrical protection, commonly using stainless steel, treated aluminium, anti-UV graphics, or weather-resistant backlit fabric. The protection rating of LED and power components is assessed for the installation location, with IP65 or above generally selected where appropriate outdoors. Indoor signage places greater emphasis on fine detail and design, often using laser-cut acrylic letters, resin illuminated letters, brushed metal lettering, or LED neon.

Fabric or graphic lightboxes suit large-format and medium-to-long-distance promotion, providing even illumination, vivid colour, and easily replaceable graphics.
